    Cheryl sold our lake house is only 4.5 months when most expected it would take a year or more. Plus it sold for 50K higher than what her competition recommended for an initial listing price. We were very pleased and recommend her without reservation.

    Cheryl is very personable, courteous and professional. Flexible in schedule. Was able to talk with an owner and arrange a last minute showing for house not on market at the time. Very knowledgeable about the area and shares the good and bad of locations. Always made sure to leave homes as found and secure which I appreciate based on agents not doing so in the past. Would use Cheryl again and recommend her to anyone.
