We have used Peggy for several sales throughout the past 15 years. She has always been the epitome of the best you could expect out of a property buying/selling situation. She is professional, knowledgeable, motivated, understanding, and all of the other adjectives you would want in an agent. She makes everyone feel special and important and treats the sale as if it were her own house she were buying or selling. I can't say enough great things about her. Peggy went above and beyond her duty to make sure that I was heard when I spoke and answered every question ( which where a lot of questions) promptly and honestly. I did not know where to start and tried a different agency before I spoke to Peggy. They told me I would have to replace the trim and paint the outside of the house, as well as do a survey and pay for other such services. I have a friend I go to church with who has retired from 15 years of real estate work and has the most integrity of anyone I know. He gave me solid advice on what to look for with agents. What made me choose Peggy though was the fact that Frank said she was excellent. His integrity remains spot on. Peggy and Joe have changed my opinion of real estate people ( I used to think they were like used car salesmen trying to pass a lemon off on a sucker). There may be poor or dishonest agent out there, but not these two. They helped us sell the house so we could reunite with my family. I respect them for taking the time to inform us and answer all the questions we had. With so many years of experience, Peggy has no problem being genuine with a man who is new to the process of selling a house.
