Her knowledge of the area, experience as realtor, clear communication of the process, and willingness to provide assistance even after closing makes her the only realtor I'll use or recommend.

Monika told us what needed to be done in order to sell our house. Once completed, she had our house under contract IN 2 DAYS and sold within a month. After that house sold, she found us a new home and worked all the details for us. She is very professional and has a work ethic second to none. 10/10 recommend
