    Jim is, without question, the best realtor I have ever worked with. He patiently showed us 40 to 50 homes, giving excellent advice on the pros and cons of the homes we were looking at and pointing out both excellent and poor construction. He also gave us a rough estimates of the costs to make improvements in the homes we were looking at. He never rushed us or gave the slightest hint of dissatisfaction with the long process of making such a difficult decision as purchasing a home. He always accommodated our schedule, even when it meant long travel between homes. When it came time to start considering making offers on the homes that we were looking at, he gave us valuable advice on what to expect during the negotiations process and represented us equitably, employing only tactics that were of a good conscience. I hardly recommend Jim to anybody looking to sell or purchase a home. HE IS THE BEST!
