    The well established St. Charles Subdivision has been seeing a lot of growth both inside the subdivision and out! New families moving into St. Charles love the pool, tennis courts, playgrounds, fishing pond, and community gazebo, but the amenities inside the subdivision are not the only thing making this neighborhood widely sought after. Popularity of this area is still growing due to the Promenade Chenal Shopping Center, Altitude Trampoline Park, and wide variety of restaurants and shops.

    Most homes here were built between the 1980's and 1990's and have been well maintained. The residents there often provide events for neighbors to get to together. Upcoming events can be found on their website and are currently featuring an event which includes bouncy houses, pony rides, and potlucks for the residents.     Elementary school choices for this neighborhood are for the well sought after Don Roberts Elementary, which has a 10/10 great schools ranking, and Fulbright.

    St. Charles Subdivision is located in West Little Rock with entrances off Chenal Parkway, Napa Valley, and Rahling Road. Not long ago St. Charles would have been considered almost the western edge of Little Rock. However, over the last few years there has been major commercial development further west including The Promenade, Kroger Marketplace, the development of Rahling Road and continued development in Chenal Valley.

    Most homes in this subdivision were built in the 80's to mid 1990's and range in size from roughly 2,000 - nearly 4,000sf (mix of 3-5 bedrooms). In general, you could expect to pay between $200 - $300k for a home in St. Charles.

    There is a strong HOA that oversees various community events, the clubhouse, pool, playground, park and pond. The subdivision is also known for its gas street lights that line the streets. Residents really appreciate the sense of community and incredibly convenient location of this subdivision.
