Los Locos is officially open! Definitely a real Mexican cuisine and truly authentic. Newly remodeled with a full bar makes it very inviting to all that enter. The staff are very accommodating. The experience was great and I highly recommend!

The trails at Sugarloaf consist of the Summit Trail, considered the most difficult but offers benches along the way to rest; the Tonawanda Base Trail, a moderate trail but longer distance; the Hidden Pond Trail, which is handicap accessible; and the Wildlife Trail. This trail leads you to a small lake that often hosts flocks of ducks and geese, deer and other wildlife are often spotted as well. The Old Post Office was built in 1937 as the Federal Building, holding the post office on the main floor and the other offices were in basement. The building was expanded in 1962 and sold to the county when a new post office was built in 1991. The county used the building as a District Court until 2013 and then it served as a county library. The county and the Historical Society have partnered in establishing a county Historical Center at the location. The Historical Society was originally located in the historic Frauenthal House in Heber Springs for more than 20 years. The Frauenthal House is still owned by the Historical Society but is no longer being used.
